Pa Paws and Claws Rescue and Pet Food Bank

We are the first pet food bank in Pike County and are dedicated to providing assistance to pet owners facing hardship.

We are NOT to replace the shelter nor are we an animal Shelter -

Our mission is:

To provide assistants to economically stressed pet owners, by coming to the aid of pet owners with pet food, and a

foster/adoption program, help them to keep their beloved pets or foster them for a time being or giving them up for adoption to a good home, instead of giving up their pets to shelters, turning them out or worse.

We also like to facilitate a FREE temporary care service -

people helping people and pets in need.

we will have animals for foster or adoption available -

we accept pictures and descriptions here by e-mail

The Pet Food Pantry will act as a referral service to both parties -

(the person who would like to help and the one that needs the help)

we expect a small donation for the service.

All donations go to Pet Food, neutering andspaying assistance and will help local cats or dogs.

Without your donations, and we cannot help our community.

Tuesday 3-6pm

Please realize that these hours may change at any time so it is a good idea to call ahead and see if we are open -

we also love to answer any questions that you may have.

The Food Pantry is distributing pet food now and we hope to

distribute food every two weeks to needy pet owner.

To keep this worthwhile program going we need

desperately volunteers.
